The High Line is one of my favorite spots in NYC and is a great photo session location, whether you're looking for a dramatic urban backdrop, a more park like setting, or simply a fun place to hang out with your family.

• a 15 minute planning consultation by phone to help us best prepare for your photo session
• a fun and relaxed 30 minute photo session for up to five people at the High Line with photographer, architect and mom Alethea Cheng Fitzpatrick (that's me!)
• a 30 minute ordering session by phone where you will be presented with 8 or more of the best images from your session from which to place your order

Your cost:

All spots for pre-scheduled dates in 2011 have been booked! However, there are still some options available:

• "Anytime" 30 minute sessions at the High Line are on the date of your choice. The session fee for this experience is $250. Your session must take place by November 1st and your ordering session by November 15th for delivery by December 9th before the holidays.
  
  
• "Anytime anywhere" 30 minute sessions can take place at the time AND location of your choice. The session fee for this experience is $325. Your session must take place by November 1st and your ordering session by November 15th for delivery by December 9th before the holidays.
  
  
• Alternatively, you can sign up below to be notified when pre-scheduled dates for 2012 get announced. Sessions on pre-scheduled dates are $150 if booked one month or more in advance or otherwise $200.
  
  

  

  That sounds great, but I have a concern. I'm worried about my baby/child/kids. What if my baby is fussy, my toddler acts all crazy and won't sit still, or my kids won't cooperate?

  This is a big concern... but let it be my concern. It's my job to figure out how to handle everyone and make them feel comfortable so I can capture great, natural images that reflect the best of who they are.

  I know you will be anxious, I've been in your shoes but the less anxious you are, the less likely your kids are to pick up on your stress.

  And either way, as a professional photographer, I've staked my livelihood on my confidence that it's not going to be an issue. This doesn't mean your kids will be perfect angels, but I've never had a session go so bad that I couldn't get great images.

  So here's my personal guarantee to you:

  If for whatever reason, you don't feel the session went well, let me know right away or within 24 hours of the session ending and I will issue you a complete refund.

  The High Line has some covered space in case of slight rain, but if the weather is too extreme, a rain date will be assigned in advance.
